I've got a quick little post tonight for today's Stamping Sunday theme, over a green base. This was fairly easy, since I'm still plowing through some untrieds, and bonus, the one I picked was a neon :)
Three coats of China Glaze's In The Lime Light over one White on White, then topped with Seche. Stamped using Winstonia W203 in Milani's White on the Spot (which is my new favorite white to stamp with!) and another coat of Seche.
