Good morning!
I hope everyone is doing well on this fine day :)
The mani I'm showing to you is very simple, and comes from my swatched only list. When I bought it, I didn't realize that it's pretty much a dead on dupe for OPI's Let Me Entertain You, which I just love. From the squishy jellieness to the pink glitter, Zoya's Alegra is girlyness in a bottle and perfect for Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
For this mani, all I did was 3 coats of Alegra sandwiched between Poshe base and topcoats. Clean up was surprisingly easy, considering all the glitter in Alegra.

Pink lightning!
Good evening!
So, I know I said in my last post I'd be posting on Sunday. It seems like forces were working against me being able to post Sunday's theme challenge. Finally, though, I was able to get the mani done yesterday, and here it is.
Sunday's Stamping Sunday challenge was called metallic madness. Keeping with that and BCA, I did a pink on pink stamped mani. I started with 3 coats of Pedal Faster Suzi! from OPI's Holland collection topped with SV. PFS is this foil-jelly cross that's hard to describe, but just pretty. For the stamped design, I used Bundle Monster plate 305 and Color Club's Hot Like Lava.
Now, for those of you in the US and near a Beall's Outlet, I suggest you check one out if you like Color Club. I've seen CC at 3 local Beall's Outlet in the last 2 weeks, and they were on clearance! Five dollars for the sets! That's how I was able to grab the Foiled set :)
Anyways, here are pics of the final mani.

Dupe Monday
Good morning!
Ok, I promise this is the last post of this particular color group, but I had to put it out there. I never realized how many I had that were this similiar until I started putting together the dupe posts. Next week I swear will be different colors lol.
For today's post, the comparison is between Essie's Mint Candy Apple, Color Club's Bue-Ming, and China Glaze's Aquadelic. Here's the bottle pic.
On the nail were three coats of each and no topcoat. In my opinion, it looked like I was trying to do an ombre mani, since it was lightest (Essie) to darkest (ChG). There really weren't any differences between them other than that.

Some holo goodness for BCA
Hello and good afternoon!
I hope today finds you well and full of weekend plans. This morning, I pulled out my fall decorations and did up my house. Now, if only the weather would cooperate and get cooler -.- Most of the rest of the country is cooler right now, except us. Oh, the torture.
Anyways! As the title says, I have some holo goodness for you in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness. I really only own one pink holo, and that is OPI's DS Signature. So, without further ado, here are the pics!
For this mani, I did 3 coats of the precious and Poshe base and topcoats. That's it, I kept it pretty simple for this one.
Check back tomorrow for the Stamping Sunday challenge, Metallic Madness!

Happy Pink Wednesday!
Good morning!
Lordy, it feels like it's been forever since I last did a Pink Wednesday mani, even though I know it's only been a month and a half. I'm still trying to get back into the swing of posting somewhat more regularly, so please bear with me :)
Not only is it Pink Wednesday, it's also the second mani I have done in keeping with Breast Cancer Awareness Month. It's nothing too fancy, but it is pretty and I like it.
When planning what I would I do for this month's theme, I made a whole list of ideas. Today's is prolly by far the easiest and most fun. Ombre manis seem to still be pretty popular, from what I've seen. Keeping with that trend, I did a pink ombre for today's mani. I think the hardest part was picking which 5 pinks I was going to use :P
Thumb to pinky: OPI Pink Friday- 3 coats, Zoya Shelby- 3 coats, OPI Shorts Story and Kiss Me on Tulips- 3 and 2 coats respectively, and Zoya Reagan- 2 coats. All topped with SV.
And that's it! A pretty simple mani for today! Enjoy!

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month!
Good evening!
Wow, I can not believe that it's October already! Where has the time gone this year? It sure doesn't feel like it's fall already, not with the temperatures still hitting 90 degrees or higher here in FL, but nonetheless, it is October.
So, yes, this month is Breast Cancer Awareness, as I'm sure many of realize by now :P This is a cause that is near and dear to my heart, as my mother-in-law, before she passed almost 4 years ago, was a breast cancer survivor. To celebrate her memory and raise awareness, I've decided to dedicate this month's manis to nothing but pink (with the exception of Halloween :P).
To kick it off, I did up a mani today using some cute stamping plates. I started first with my base color, I Think in Pink from OPI, in 3 coats. This particular color is part of OPI's Pink of Hearts 2012 duo, which also includes a glitter that I will show in a later post.
I Think in Pink is a pretty, lighter pink that reminds of a strawberry milkshake or strawberry flavored milk; it's that sweet looking. I topped it off with SV and let it dry awhile before I stamped. The plates I used are from Bundle Monster's latest set, numbers 321 and 324. While their full nail images have noticeably gotten larger, they're still not quite large enough for my wide thumb nails. My stamping color was Confetti Get the Party Started. Now, before I topped again, I cleaned up around my nails, and that seemed to help prevent smearing.
Here is the final look:
I really love how this came out, and apparently so did just about everyone I saw today! I received many compliments on it :)
I'm going to try to get my BCA posts up at least every other day, so stay tuned in! I have several ideas for this theme, I just don't want you (or me!) to get bored with it.

Dupes, dupes, dupes!
Good morning!
For today's post, I bring to you a kind of part two to my previous post about mints; except I call these colors more seafoam than mint. That's more a matter of personal opinion, though :)
I offer up for comparison OPI's Mermaid's Tears, Zoya Wednesday, Sinful Colors' Mint Apple, and China Glaze's Aquadelic. In the bottle, you can see many similiarities.
They all have that same gorgeous, seafoam green that I just love. Mint Apple is the only shimmer, the others are cremes. Mermaid's Tears is more dusty, like the rest of the colors in that particular collection. Wednesday and Aquadelic are clean; as in, they're not dusty like MT.
On the nail, you can really see how different they are. The most surprising is Wednesday; that one dries much darker than it is in the bottle. I did 3 coats of each, no topcoat. Left to right: Mermaid's Tears, Wednesday, Mint Apple, and Aquadelic.
Top to bottom, same order.
