Good evening!
I've two manis I want to share with you tonight, yesterday's Stamping Sunday challenge and today's BCA mani. Let's get started!
Yesterday's theme for Stamping Sunday was simply over a black base. Done! Two coats of Zoya Raven, one coat of OPI's Call me on my Cell-ery, one coat of Seche. Stamped images were from Bundle Monster BM-223, Winstonia W116, Shany SH02, and Red Angel RA-119, stamped in CND Vinylux in Cream Puff. Let me just take a moment and say how impressed I am with how that stamps. It's pretty opaque over black and red (the red I tried was Zoya Sookie). One more coat of Seche and done.
Today's mani was a pink themed one for BCA month :) I used another color from OPI specially for BCA month, ok, well, not color. The bright pink, shimmery, jelly like Shatter they released two years ago. One coat of that over 2 coats of Zoya Purity, topped with Seche.

Stamping Sunday
Good evening and welcome to the first night of fall!
Fall officially started here in Florida at about quarter to five in the evening :) Now, if only the weather gets the memo about it and acts accordingly, we'll be square lol!
In honor of the occasion, today's Stamping Sunday challenge was, simply, fall themed. Fall in Florida is actually pretty much the same as the rest of the year >.< So, I chose to do what comes to mind when I think of fall- warm colors and crunchy leaves.
My base was 2 coats of China Glaze's Dandy Lyin' Around followed by a coat of Seche. This left my base a streaky mess but that was okay since it was going to be covered. While it dried, I cut up pieces of Saran Wrap for the second phase.
I balled up and used like a sponge the pieces of Saran Wrap to apply first OPI's The "It" Color, followed by Flit a Bit. The technique I used is called the Saran Wrap technique, you can find it on YouTube I'm sure :) I didn't apply another coat of Seche, since those two colors went on thin. I just let them dry before stamping.
My stamped images came from Winstonia W119, Red Angel RA-121, and Bundle Monster BM-208. The colors were Maybelline Bold Gold, Pure Ice Magic, and Color Club Rebel Spirit. Seche followed the stamping. The stamping isn't as bold as I wanted, but all in all, I'm really happy with this mani :)

I'm baaaaack!!
Good morning everyone!!
I'm finally feeling better, not 100% back to normal but close enough that I worked this week and did my nails :) I have several manis I want to share with you, so let's get started! I'll with today's.
Today is my nephew's 4th bday party, and I wanted something fun and cute. My base is something that I just knew I was gonna to use for this particular mani, even though I wasn't totally sure it would arrive in time. Over 1 coat of Milani's White on the Spot, I layered two coats of Jindie Nails' Betty's Fetti Milkshake. BFM is a white crelly base just packed with matte glitters of many colors. I did find that I needed to use a coat of Gelous before the Seche to smooth it out (which I'm finding typical of my indie glitters....).
For the stamped images, the plates I used were Messy Mansion MM02, Winstonia W117, and Red Angel RA103, stamped with Maybelline Color Show in Flash of Purple and Navy Narcissist, Sally Hansen Insta-Dri on Jumpin' Jade, and Confetti Purple Reigns. All topped with another coat of Seche.
Now, the next mani I so meant to post yesterday, because I want to feature textured polishes on Fridays. I was just a little too tired, and was trying to get the above mani done to post it =\ But here it is!
Friday's Textured Mani featured Zoya Tomoko. Tomoko is from the Fall 2013 Pixie Dust collection that I bought and received on Monday. Even though I had read the description, I was a little disappointed that Tomoko wasn't more silver. I think this is the first time I was disappointed in a Zoya color. Don't get me wrong, I like it and will be keeping it, I just wish it was more silver than champagne. I applied 3 coats of Tomoko to my bare nail, and had hardly any wear by the time I took it of yesterday.
Wednesday's mani was a tribute to the beautiful, late Marilyn Monroe. I absolutely adore her, and think she's one of the most beautiful women to grace the silver screen :)
My base was 3 coats of Zoya Shelby followed by a coat of Seche. The images I used were from Rica GLAM-01, Mundo de Unas Handy 39 (I may have just butchered that >.<), and Sugar Bubbles 002, all stamped in OPI's Every Month is Oktoberfest. I'll be the first one to admit, I have bought plates for just the Marilyn images on them :) But I don't have duplicates yet lol.
And, lastly, is Tuesday's mani, which was rather simple. Just two of Zoya Yummy with a coat of Zoya Maisie, followed by a coat of Seche.

Stamping Sunday and few others
Good evening!
Boy, it's been a busy week. Mostly, it was just work, but sometimes, that's enough lol. I have a few manis to show you, starting with today's Stamping Sunday.
The theme for today was, of course, Valentine's day. Not that anyone won't be doing one on Valentine's, right? Lol. The colors I used for mine, I haven't seen used by anyone else. I started with a base of Zoya Piaf with 3 coats. Piaf was surprisingly not horribly streaky, just a bit sheer. I love how it's more a golden yellow as opposed to a lemony yellow. I topped with Seche and let it dry.
For my stamped images, I used Red Angel plates 106 and 120, stamped in Color Club's Cosmic Fate. If you don't have any of the Halo Hues from Color Club, I urge you to get them! They are so incredibly holo and stamp so nicely. I plan on purchasing more as soon as the tax return comes in :P
Friday's mani, in my opinion, was very cute. It was stamped also. My base with 2 coats of Zoya Gie Gie. Can I just say how much I love this color?! Gie Gie is a gorgeous, cherry blossom pink, a true cherry blossom pink. It's very similar to OPI's Pedal Faster Suzi!, but is lighter. I then stamped some lips over that from Bundle Monster plate 303 in Zoya Sooki.
Alrighty then, Thursday's mani was relatively easy compared to those two, Wednesday's as well. Both were two coats of the base, Zoya Blu and Zuza respectively, and one of the layering color, Zoya Opal and Orly Twilight. I absolutely love how Blu/Twilight came out.

Stamping Sunday
Good evening! I hope everyone has had a great weekend, holiday or no. Today, I got a second Thanksgiving feast, because my grandma over seas on Thursday. The food was pretty awesome both today and Thursday, which was spent at my brother's house with him and his in-laws. I totally skipped the whole, Black Friday, corporate greed thing, but I did go out on Saturday and managed to support at least one small business. It was the first time I'd ever truly dusty hunted, and I found a brand new bottle of OPI's We'll Always Have Paris Suede :)
Today's challenge for Stamping Sunday was "over a blue base".
.....................
My problem wasn't what plates to use, I'd already decided on that. It was which color blue I wanted to use lol. It came to one of my newer ones, China Glaze's Blue Bells Ring from this year's holiday collection. This one is definitely a one coater, but I did two coats anyways. BBR is a metallic blue that tries to be reflective, but doesn't quite make it. It's not shiny enough. And let me tell you, it stains like a mofo. I made a mess of cuticles and whatnot, and man, it was a nightmare to clean up. I am not looking forward to taking this off >.>
My stamped images are snowflakes. I started with a full nail image on MASH 47 with Konad Special White. My thumbs got the image on Red Angel 119 in Color Club Perfect Mol-ten, then all of them got the two images on Bundle Monster 319 in Maybelline Blue Blowout and China Glaze Millenium. I really love how this turned out.

What a busy week!
Good morning!
Sorry I haven't posted all week. I had full intentions of posting at least 2 or 3 times before today, but that just didn't happen. This week has kept me busy working and preparing for Thanksgiving, leaving me tired and not enough time to put up new posts.
So today's post is gonna be a big one. I have three manis to show you and more swatches :) Let's begin!
The first mani is the one I did up for Thanksgiving. I am extremely proud how this one turned out. It's a watercolor mani with stamping over it. My base color was 2 coats of OPI's San Tan-tonio, my watercolor colors were OPI's Flit a Bit and The "It" Color, Color Club's Rebel Spirit, and China Glaze's Winter Berry and Glittering Garland. For the stamping, I used Bundle Monster plate 05 and Red Angel plates 118 and 121 stamped in Pure Ice's Magic. I sandwiched SV between the base color and the watercolor, then topped it all off with SV.
Alrighty, next is the mani I wore on Wednesday. This is another one that I saw a friend on Face Book do. Last week, I traded for a matte polish that I've been wanting, not to just do for this mani. It went wonderfully, and I got OPI's Russian Navy Matte (now I just need the others lol!). So, I started with two coats of that and let it dry, not that it took very long. I then did flakie tips in Finger Paints Motely, and re-matte it all with Hard Candy's Matte-ly in Love.
Lastly, is Tuesday's mani, which is a quick swatch of Chanel Vendetta. This is just two easy coats topped with SV. I know it's hard to tell, but it has a subtle shimmer to it.
Now for the swatches! These are from China Glaze.
Electra Magenta- 2 coats
Sweet Hook- 3 coats
Winter Berry- 2 coats
Deviantly Daring- 2 coats
Unpredictable- 2 coats
None of these really gave me any problems, although Winter Berry was a bitch to clean up. It's red, so meh, it's gonna happen lol. Sweet Hook was the only one that needed 3 coats, but I expected that with being a light creme. Surprisingly, it wasn't horribly streaky.
That's it! I'll post more info on the swatches when I add them to proper swatch page. Laters!
