I decided to revisit my failed Betty Boop mani, since I was able to find a plate with the same images as the girly plate with too shallow images.
It was very simple. I started with two coats of OPI's Kiss me on my Tulips followed by a coat of Seche. My images were stamped using Wet 'N Wild's Black Creme with plate L011, then one last coat of Seche. I was really tempted to matte, but I decided against it.
